In a tiny hillside village in Neapolis Lakonia Greece in 1907 my grandmother Eleni
made doughboys for my aunt Frieda "Mrs. Gus". In 1940 she commercialized it
and till we closed in 1985 we sold aprox 20 million doughboys.
During the main part of the season I would make 650 dozen a day. The recipe is still a secret !!!!
